Chocolate ice cream with marshmallow (15%), caramel (10%) and chocolatey shaped fish (7.5%). We suggested to the band Phish that we should celebrate our shared Vermont (USA) roots with a Phish flavour, and they agreed! But they’re not the only stars in the mix – we work with Fairtrade certified producers and Caring Dairy farmers, who produce milk and cream in a sustainable way. We think this flavour rocks. Enjoy!
