Cookie Dough

Vanilla ice cream with chunks of chocolate chip cookie dough (16%) and chocolatey chunks (1%). n 1986, following a tip from a fan, we pondered putting cookie dough in our ice cream – a radical idea back then, and a tricky flavour to make; our machines couldn’t handle those big chunks of dough. We had to hand-cut the chunks & throw them into the vanilla ice cream! Five years later, applying a few secret techniques, we found chunk feeder perfection. Twenty years on, we made this fan-favourite Fairtrade too! Happy days…
